But what if?

Tumbler is not working?

The tumblers and other equipment we sell online come straight from the manufacturer with the original packaging. These pieces of equipment come with a manufacturer’s warranty. 

The ring doesn’t fit quite right? 

When ordering a ring online, please be absolutely certain of the ring size. We do not offer returns for rings that don’t fit. We can offer the service of resizing any ring, or piece of jewelry. Jewelry work typically takes two weeks and can be arranged by calling us.

We know that some things happen. 

While we do have an all sales final policy, we are understanding, and we don’t mind talking through your reasons for a return. You’ll need to at least show proof of purchase and some evidence of your reasoning for a return. But these things don’t guarantee a return, it is entirely up to our discretion. 

Once we hear your reasons for a return, we may be able to suggest another way to make things right. 

Why no returns or exchanges?

One reason is we can’t guarantee you’re receiving the same quality of product if it has been used by another customer. Tumbled stones can become scratched, jewelry can become stressed, and equipment can be misused. 

We want to offer every customer with the experience of buying products that comes straight from their original sources. We buy many of our products directly from miners and distributors around the world. Our equipment comes directly from the manufacturers’ warehouses and our jewelry comes from the artisans themselves. This is why we don’t offer returns and we don’t buy products from the public.

Once again, all sales are final. Any exceptions are entirely up to our discretion.
